From M5 North or South take junction 28 signed to Honiton and Cullompton. Head towards Cullompton, past the services, and at the first roundabout turn right onto the Willand Road B3181. Pass a modern development and continue until you reach five bridges, AGRITEC, a farm with a flag outside on your right and a bus stop on your left. Turn left and continue about a mile, go past Moorstone Barton farm on your left. Continue around a bend into Brithem Bottom and Channings is a cream thatched house, last but one on the left.There is free parking in the layby with the post box one house along. Please don't park on the village road as there are often large tractors that need to pass.Come up the steps to the front door.If you are a wheelchair user there is another way in.
